CBD Oil Recipes: CBD Avocado-Citrus Vinaigrette

Avocado-Citrus Vinaigrette

This dressing works well on a variety of leafy salad greens, including more bitter ones like arugula and spinach. 1 Avocado, peeled and pitted

1 Shallot, peeled and quartered

1/2 cup of Cilantro (mostly leaves, but stems are okay)

1 Jalapeño, halved and seeded (leave the seeds if more spice is desired)

1/3 cup of Orange juice

1/4 cup of Rice vinegar

2/3 cup of Avocado oil or olive oil

Place avocado, shallot, cilantro and jalapeño into the food processor. As they purée, add orange juice and rice vinegar and continue to purée until all ingredients are broken down and smooth. While the food processor is on, slowly pour in the olive oil to emulsify. Next, add the desired amount of CBD oil and emulsify in the same manner as before. Adding small amounts of CBD oil at a time and periodically tasting the vinaigrette is recommended to ensure a satisfactory product.
